Code of Conduct and Discipline
Code of Conduct
At The Pathseekers International School, we strongly believe that
children
must understand and embrace the value of discipline. When parents place their trust in us by
enrolling their child in our care, it is expected that both parents and students will respect and
follow the school’s guidelines.
If a student repeatedly misbehaves and does not respond to the
disciplinary
actions taken by the school, the school reserves the right to expel the student or request the
withdrawal of the student from the school. This measure is necessary to maintain a positive and
respectful environment for all students.
- Mobile Phones: Students are not permitted to bring mobile phones to school. If a mobile
phone is
found with a student, it will not be returned directly to the student. Instead, it will be
handed over to the student’s parents, but only after a period of three months.
- Attendance: As per the School’s Examination Policy, every student is required to attend at least 75% of the total classes, starting from the beginning of academic session, until the month before the examination begins.
- Dress Code: Every student must strictly follow the school’s dress code.
Relevant section of Rule 13.2 from the Examination Bye-Laws states: "A
student
enrolled in a school affiliated with the Board is not allowed to sit for the examination unless they
have completed 75% attendance from the beginning of classes IX, X, XI, or XII, until the month
before the examination commences, in subjects that require internal assessment."
Our approach to discipline is centered around positive reinforcement, praise, and encouragement. We
aim to reward students for their efforts, achievements, and good behavior. We expect students to
maintain high standards of behavior, manners, and dress at all times. This is built on a foundation
of mutual respect between staff and students, supported by a curriculum that is carefully tailored
to meet students' needs.

the overall personality of our students—intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. Our integrated
curriculum focuses not only on mental and cognitive growth but also on preparing students with a
forward-thinking mindset, rooted in a global perspective.

responsibility to nurture them, providing the proper care, love, attention, and guidance to help
them flourish and grow.
The Pathseekers International School has been successfully achieving its goal of preparing students
academically, physically, and mentally to face the challenges of today’s competitive world. We also
