Your Co-operation
Dear Parents,
At the beginning of the school year, let me request you to give
us your full co-operation in the education of your child. For the best result, all three of us
concerned-yourself, your child and the school – must work together. The school attaches great importance to
building sound character in pupils. Therefore, you are expected to co-operate with the school authorities by : -
-
Helping your child understand that living in a well-organized and disciplined way is important both at
home and at school.
-
Ensuring that your child completes their homework and prepares for lessons.
-
Taking an active interest in the school’s activities.
-
Supervising your child’s appearance and study habits at home. You will be guided by regular reports from
the school. Please sign all reports and notes sent to you to confirm you’ve read them. Make sure to
collect reports whenever you are asked to do so.
-
As a policy, we discourage private tutoring as it can make students overly dependent on the tutor.
However, if remedial tutoring is necessary for a short time, it can be arranged with the written
permission of the Principal. Please note that no teacher from the school is allowed to tutor a student
from the school without the Principal’s permission.
-
Encourage your child to take good care of their belongings, such as blazers and sweaters, which should
be clearly marked with their name and class. The school is not responsible for any items or money lost
at school. We also advise against bringing valuables to school.
-
You will not be allowed to meet your child or their teacher during school hours without prior approval
from the Principal.
-
Your child may be required to participate in various school activities, and their involvement will be
considered mandatory by the school authorities.
-
Admission to the school does not guarantee a seat on a particular school bus. If the bus is full or does
not cover your area, you will need to arrange your own transportation.
